Welcome to the FlexToast Partner Program! These terms lay out how the program works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. By signing up, you're agreeing to these terms.
When you join, you get a unique referral link. Share it however you like — social media, blog posts, emails, videos, you name it. When someone clicks your link and buys a FlexToast plan, you earn a commission. We track everything automatically through your partner dashboard and pay you via Stripe.
You earn 30% of every sale made through your referral link. FlexToast uses regional pricing in some markets, so the purchase price may vary by country. Your commission is always 30% of the actual amount paid, converted to its USD equivalent for payout.
If a buyer uses a promo code or discount, you still earn a commission — it's calculated on the final amount they paid (30% of the discounted price).
There's a short hold period after each sale (typically 7–14 days) to account for potential refunds or chargebacks. Once the hold clears, the commission is approved and queued for payout.
Every click, sale, and commission is tracked in your partner dashboard in real time. You can log in anytime to see your performance, pending commissions, and payout history. No guessing, no waiting for reports.
All payouts go through Stripe. When you sign up, we'll send you a link to connect your Stripe account — just add your bank details and you're set. Approved commissions are automatically transferred to your bank. No invoicing, no minimum balance required.
You're responsible for keeping your Stripe account in good standing and providing accurate tax and banking info. Stripe handles tax reporting (1099s for US-based partners) on your behalf.
Promote FlexToast anywhere: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, blogs, newsletters, podcasts — go for it. We even provide a content library with scripts, captions, graphics, and video ideas to make it easy.
We want to keep this program fair and trustworthy. Here's what's off-limits:
Violating any of the above may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of pending commissions.
When you create content that promotes FlexToast (posts, videos, reviews, blog articles, etc.), you grant FlexToast a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost, share, and embed that content on our own channels — with credit to you. We love showcasing our partners!
The law requires you to disclose your affiliate relationship with FlexToast in any content where you promote or link to our product. A clear #ad or #partner tag in your posts does the trick. You're responsible for complying with FTC guidelines (US) and any equivalent regulations in your country.
Either side can end this partnership at any time — no hard feelings. If you want out, just let us know. If we need to remove you (for example, due to a terms violation or fraudulent activity), we'll notify you by email.
If you leave on good terms, any approved commissions that haven't been paid out yet will still be transferred to your Stripe account. If you're removed for a violation, pending commissions may be forfeited at our discretion.
We may update these terms as the program evolves. If we make meaningful changes, we'll email you. Continuing to participate after we've communicated changes means you accept the updated terms.
FlexToast isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation in the partner program. Our total liability is limited to commissions that have been earned and approved but not yet paid out.
